American Lifestyles
Unnatural
All too often we substitute
opinion for fact.
It seems unnatural.
Does everything have to be
this way?
It's hard to look at a problem
from the outside, than the inside.
Rolling On
Life rolls on like the
lone freighter through an
empty rail yard.
We've missed the last one.
Our direction seems unwilling;
the cogs of our minds have
rusted.
Tears drop, where do they go?
Never used again.
Questions...
Questions are raised like a child,
slowly and carefully.
Questions that are never answered,
Coming down like rain, hard and fast.
Unrelenting, but always waiting.
